If there's one thing that almost everyone can agree upon, it is the desire to be happy. Happiness is an omniscient force in all of our lives.

But what actually makes us happy? The actual "things" that lead to finding happiness can vary: a promotion at work, a new computer, a healthy family, a vacation.

What unifies us all are the chemicals in our brains that make us happy. Our brains communicate feelings, activities, and experiences through our neurons. They do this by way of chemicals and hormones.
